Shipping Info

Make sure you submit the correct address the very first time you order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once tracking proves it has been delivered, it's your responsibility to make sure you're able to receive that package. You must email us within 3 business days after you place an order. If you accidentally typed in the wrong shipping information, we're not liable to pay the costs if your order is marked delivered to the address provided.  If you want a signature confirmation you must tell us within the 3 business day time frame. You must make sure you spell all your information correctly to prevent anything from complicating your delivery.

If you purchase an item after 4PM est Standard time, you have to follow the hours of shipping. Shipping hours are 8AM - 4PM since hipping centers usually close around 5PM.. Even if they would to be open later, their shipping is around normal business hours. would need an hour advance to be able to ship item that day (meaning - if you order before 3PM we can ship it same day). Sometimes orders can take a 1-2 business days to process (normally 4-8  hours before cut-off time.) to get your tracking number within the time frame of 1-3 business days after payment was complete(Typically next day).

We ship out of  Boca Raton Florida, Clearwater Florida, Las Vegas Nevada, Newark New Jersey, Seattle Washington, Alpharetta Georgia, Los Angeles California, or Marina Del Rey California, Newark New Jersey, New York City, NY,. Depending on where your location is will determine how long your vaporizer will get to your location. Shipping is free if it is within the USA.. We ship from the US, lower 48 states get free shipping for orders over $50. Shipping outside the United States usually takes more time and could take up to 14 days for international orders. The Average range it takes for a vaporizer to get to you if you live within the lower 48 states is 2-3 days, for international orders the range is 4-7 days (Canada), 5-14 Days Worldwide. .

Stages of Order Process 

  • Pending Payment - We are currently waiting for you to make a payment 
  • Processing - We have received your payment, your product invoice is being sent to Warehouse Management.
  • Accepted -  Your order has been accepted and will be updating soon once we dispatch the order and warehouse has packaged your order up.
  • Warehouse -  Warehouse has packaged your order for USPS to pick up.(takes 12-24 hours to ship out once your order is in this stage)
  • Complete - Your order was sent to you. 

Note: Shipping is free for the lower 48 states in the US for orders over $50.00. If you're shipping address is in a location outside the US, standard shipping rates will be calculated for your country.


All International shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders.
Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and Customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to shipments that ship internationally.  APO/FPO/DPO Boxes are not allowed as a valid shipping location.

Tracking  Your Order

When you place an order at UltimateVaporizers.Com, each customer is provided with a unique order number. Please login to find your tracking number. If you did not  sign up for an account, you may track your order here. Once you click on the tracking number and it's entered in the field, you'll be able to start using our built-in real-time tracking integration with USPS and UPS API system that allows us to be able to display all of our customers orders and tracking information and location for each unit. 

Back-Order / Delays

We do our best to have all products on our site in stock. In the event we do not we will get your order out as soon as we recieve it from the suppier. The vape industry is just going crazy right now and sometimes the companies making the vaporizers can't keep up with the demand.

Broken Unit

If your vaporizer arrives broken, defective, or missing accessories, you must contact us immediately. We will email you the return label, you must ship back the broken unit, and we must recieve it to inspect the damage. We will then give you a new tracking number with a new unit that is in working condition. If you received a defective, broken, or vaporizer with missing accessories, please contact us right now.

Return Policy

It is important you read our return policy before you order and return an item. If your item doesn't fit within our return policy,  and you shipped it back, we will simply ship your vaporizer back to you. Orders must not be returned to the address labeled on the box unless it was sent from the manufacturer. You must contact us before a return is made!
