Placing Your Order
From the moment you place an order, it can take up to 48 hours to ship your order out. This is all depended on the Fraudulent checks we do when placing an order.. If your billing and shipping don't match, the Fraudulent flag is activate. Next step is to verify you are a real person by one of our experts calling to verify you placed the order. This is to protect you from fraud. If your order is over $250+, we typically ask to verify using a state issued ID or drivers license.  If you are using a card that matches billing & shipping, your order will usually ship out the same day only if your order is placed before 4PM Est.  You must be over 18 years old to place an order at
Shipping Your Order
Upon Successful verification that you've placed an order we will ship out your order. We ship USPS, UPS & FedEx. Please note that depending which shipping speed you paid for, we may use another carrier to ship your order out, but will match the speed of your shipment with what you paid for.  This may apply especially to customers that paid for Fedex (NEXT DAY) shipping to a PO Box, in this case we would opt to ship USPS Express 1 day delivery since PO Boxs cannot accept FedEx or UPS. We will update your order with a tracking number once your order has shipped out. Your order will be marked as complete when this happens. If your order is "FREE SHIPPING" we will ship using USPS First Class shipping which may take up to 4 days for you to recieve the unit.
Returns & Replacements
If you do not like your order, but have used the vaporizer, you may exchange it for a unit that you like. Please do your research, read our product description, and watch videos online before placing an order to further educate yourself on your vaping preferences so you know exactly what you need to buy. We will also give you store credit if you need time to decide what you want. We cannot accept a working unit that has been used. You are responsible for shipping your order back to our warehouse if you have a used working unit.
Defective Vaporizer
If you have received a defective unit that doen't power on, you may ship it back for a working unit. If you do not want a new unit, we will offer you an upgrade within $20 over what you paid.  If you do not want an upgrade, we will refund your order once we have received your return. We will pay for return shipping upon approved RMA number you received.  If it has been over 30 days and your unit becomes defective, you are protected with a warranty and must validate your warranty to the manufacturer that has made the vaporizer directly.

Please make sure you know exactly what you want to order. If you place an order but decide you want another unit, you must contact customer service within 30 minutes of placing your order or it will get shipped out to you.. Make sure you have placed the correct shipping address when you order with us. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express. If you have any questions about the unit you are ordering, contact our support experts via phone or live chat. We Price match any authorized retailer but do not price match 3rd party site like eBay.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We have many different promotions and pricing that is subject to changing based on its set time. If you see a price promotion you like but do not order at the time of the promotion and contact us claiming you want the old promotion, we may or may not accept the promotion depending on the unit, promotion type. If you are referred to our site from a partner site and saw a promotion on a partner site that we no longer accept, you must copy the partner sites link so we can verify this promotion to accept it in our system.  Pricing & Promotions frequently change especially during the holidays, please do not linger on a Christmas promotion and notify us in March about it, your promotion request may be denied.
Viewing Orders
Make sure when you place an order that you create an account to view the order status. If you opt for guest check out, the only way to view your order would be to type in the Order number and tracking number on the Track Your Order page. You must log in to view your order and past orders. Another beneft to creating your account is to manage promotions, wishlist items as well as credited account. If you placed an order without creating an account but decide you want an account, contact customer service and we will create one for you.
Updating Account Information
At any time you may update your account information if you've created an account.  Please note that you must update your account and notify us if you have a processing order, if you see you have made a mistake in your shipping information. Contact us for any changes if you cannot log into your account, we will change your request as well as reset your password for you so you can log into your account.
